1. All applicants must be 23 years of age or older, with a valid Class A CDL and 2 years of Class A experience.
2. All applicants must pass a background review.
3. All applicants must complete and pass a road test as designated by the company.
4. All driver applicants must pass a D.O.T. physical.  Further all applicants must hold a valid current certificate of physical examination in compliance with current standards.
5. All applicants must successfully pass a D.O.T.  pre-employment drug test as provided by M & D Freight, Inc. and/or its agents.
6. All applicants must possess a hazmat endorsement.

1. Driver does not hold a valid / current Class A CDL as issued by home state within 30 days of hire/lease
2. DAC / MVR Report indicate a high frequency of accidents or incidents in the past 36 months.
3. DAC report indicated a Felony Conviction including date of release in the past 36 months.

1. D.U.I. driving under the influence of drug/alcohol. 
2. Reckless driving as stated on the MVR report.  

Vehicular Homicide, Vehicular Manslaughter, Vehicular Felony “Class X”, Hit & Run, Fleeing/Eluding, filing false report, permitting unlicensed party to operate commercial vehicle, refusal on drug/alcohol test, positive on any drug/alcohol test “pre-employment-random-post accident-return to duty”, DUI/OWI involving operation of commercial motor vehicle, criminal report involving controlled substance, determination of less than 1 year of Class A CDL experience.
