Accessorial Fees:
M & D Freight, Inc. will pay 72% of all billings credit to drivers

Tolls:
Reimbursement on all tolls. I-PASS provided.

Stop-offs:
We will pass on 72% of stop-off revenue back to the owner-operators  

Trailers:
Trailers are provided by M & D Freight, Inc. at no charge

Start up cost:
There are no start up costs

Lumpers:
100% Reimbursement on all authorized unloads

Insurance:
M & D Freight, Inc. provides insurance coverage on liability and cargo

Scales:
All weight tickets from certified scales will be reimbursed

Base Plate & Permits:
Program available
$50 per week deducted on plates provided by M & D Freight, Inc.

Fuel Card:
Program available
Terminal fuel calculated at of cost of local Gas City on weekly basis

Purchasing Program:
Program available on the following:
-Shop labor 10% discount published rate
-Tires 10% discount
-Parts 10% discount

PrePass: 
By-pass specific scales, saving time and money.  There is a monthly fee for unlimited use.

Communication:
Qualcomm mandatory
M & D Freight, Inc. will provide equipment
$60 a month service fee applies

Escrow:
Owner-Operators are required to establish and maintain an interest-bearing escrow account.  No up-front money is needed.  $50 will be deducted weekly from weekly settlement, until required escrow account reaches $1,000.

Bookkeeping:
Mandatory
M & D Freight, Inc. manages all logs, CDL files, Drug testing, and Fuel tax
$40 a week administration fee applies
